Description
2N/PN/SST4117A series channel JFETs provide ultra high input impedance. These devices specified with limit typically operate This makes them perfect choices high impedance sensitive front amplifiers. hermetically sealed 206AF package allows full military processing 19500 (see Military Information). 226A plastic package provides cost option. (SOT package provides surface mount capability. Both series available tape reel automated assembly (see Packaging Information).
