AOZ8033 4-line device integrating filtering with protection each line. designed suppress unwanted EMI/RFI signals provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection portable electronic equipment. This state-of-the-art device utilizes leading edge Trench Vertical Structure [TVS]2 technology superior clamping performance filter attenuation over full operating display range. AOZ8033 been optimized protection color displays camera lines cellular phones other portable consumer electronic devices. AOZ8033 consists four identical circuits comprised diodes protection, resistor-capacitor network EMI/RFI filtering. series resistor value capacitance value 28pF used achieve -35dB minimum attenuation from 800MHz 3.0GHz. diodes provide effective suppression voltages excess ±20kV (air discharge) ±20kV (contact discharge). This exceeds 61000-4-2, level immunity test. AOZ8033 comes RoHS compliant, 1.2mm 1.8mm, 0.4mm pitch package rated over -40°C +85°C ambient temperature range.
