AWT6332 product revolutionary ZeroICPA family. AWT6332 uses ANADIGICS' exclusive InGaP-Plustechnology, which combines pHEMT devices same die, enable state-of-the-art reliability, temperature stability, ruggedness. AWT6332 unique architecture with inputs. input drives power amplifier while other input drives switch that bypasses power amplifier, going directly output. mode control logic selects switch.
