CAPACITANCE "AGEING" CERAMIC CAPACITORS
Following final heat treatment, class ceramic capacitors reduce their capacitance value. According logarithmic law, this their special crystalline construction. This change called "ageing". capacitors heat treated (for example when soldering), capacitance increases again higher value deageing, ageing process begins again. Note: level this deageing dependent temperature duration heat; almost complete deageing achieved 150°C hour.
