GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Ceramic RF-Power Capacitor defined electrical device consisting ceramic dielectric with conductive noble-metal electrodes, terminations protective coating. spectrum capacitance values extends from lower picofarad range nanofarad range. rated voltages range from (peak) 40,000 (peak). Typical frequencies application range from 20KHz 100MHz. These capacitors operated with voltage both individually combination. electrical power-handling capacity largely determined three parameters, VOLTAGE, CURRENT POWER. MOUNTING

SOLDERING RECOMMENDATIONS (CAPACITORS WITH LEADS)
Mounting component should achieved using 60/40 silver bearing 62/36/2AG solder, whereby solder wire, cream preforms acceptable. Only mildly active, resin flux should used. recommend heat sink adjacent component body, possible. ceramic capacitors very sensitive rapid changes temperature (thermal shock), pre-heat post-heat cycle strongly recommended. PROPERTIES APPLICATION:
These capacitors feature Q-Factor greater than 10,000 which makes them ideal operating frequency range from where high voltages currents present. TOSZ model used replacements fixed vacum capacitors. construction gives these capacitors advantage over fixed vacum capacitors because there possibility vacum deterioration. Model TOSW 118115 also additional vacuum watercooling systems. (One separate watercooling circuit each electrode terminal).

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Watercooled power RF-capacitors designed tank circuit high power equipment. Vishay Draloric's TWX, TWXFZ TWIF pot-styled capacitors dissipate heat produced under load means water flow around capacitor elements. order provide protection from influences chemical/physical characteristics coolant, glass passivation layer applied over cooled noble metal electrode. electrical terminations made directly noble metal electrodes either utilizing special soldering techniques special clamping fittings. This method attachment provides strong, rigid connection unsurpassed reliability. model made with contoured, glazed insulation designed relatively clean, environment. TWXF, TWXFZ TWIF models feature umbrella shaped insulation made from silicone rubber minimize adverse effects moisture, dust other impurities working environment. watercooled capacitors supplied with necessary screws/nuts contact plates make connection electrode terminals. Ferrules sleeve nuts water supply connections also included.
ELECTRICAL DATA GUIDELINES
2.1. INSTALLATION
Watercooled capacitors designed installed vertical, umbrella-up position (TWX, TWXF, TWIF model) vertical, umbrella-down position (TWXFZ model). Other positions allowed shown appropriate datasheets. large generators requiring multiple capacitors connected parallel, recommend circular mounting pattern optimum circuit performance.
COOLING
4.1. cooling system designed operate maximum water pressure bars psi). 4.2. water outlet capacitor must always located higher than water inlet vertical installation. This allows escape from unit.
