LT®2178 micropower dual surface mount standard 8-pin configuration, LT2179 micropower quad offered surface mount 14-pin package. Both devices optimized single supply operation Specifications also provided ±15V supply. extremely supply current combined with true precision specifications: offset voltage offset current 50pA. Both offset parameters have drift with temperature. 1.5pAP-P current noise picoampere offset current permit megohm level source resistors without introducing serious errors. Voltage noise, 0.9VP-P, remarkably considering supply current. LT2178/LT2179 operated from single supply lithium-cell NiCd batteries). input range goes below ground. all-NPN output stage swings within millivolts ground while sinking current. power consuming pull down resistors needed. surface mount applications where three times higher supply current acceptable, micropower LT1077 single, LT2078 dual LT2079 quad recommended.
