DESCRIPTION
AIC1117 dropout three terminal regulator with 800mA output current capability. output voltage adjustable with resistor divider. fixed output voltage versions, output voltage internally 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.85V, 3.3V, Dropout voltage guaranteed maximum with maximum output current. dropout voltage fast transient response make ideal voltage microprocessor applications. Current limiting thermal protection provide protection against overload condition that would create excessive junction temperatures.
APPLICATIONS
SCSI-2 Active Terminator. Post Regulator Switching Supply. Battery Chargers. Constant-Current Regulators. Add-On Card.
