DESCRIPTION
AIC1086 dropout three-terminal regulator designed provide output current 1.5A. device available adjustable version fixed output voltage 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.85V, 3.3V Dropout voltage maximum 1.5V guaranteed 1.5A output current. quality dropout voltage fast transient response make this device ideal voltage microprocessor applications. AIC1086 requires output capacitance minimum 10µF stability. Built-in output current limiting thermal limiting provide maximal protection AIC1086 against fault conditions.
