DC-to-DC Converter Control Circuits
RT34063A Series monolithic control circuit containing primary functions required DC-toDC converters. These devices consist internal temperature compensated reference, comparator, controlled duty cycle oscillator with active current limit circuit, driver high current output switch. This series specially designed incorporated Step-down Step-up Voltage-inverting applications with minimum number external components.

Note: output switch driven into hard saturation (non-Darlington configuration) switch currents 300mA) high driver currents 30mA), take 2.0µs come saturation. This condition will shorten time frequencies 30KHz, magnified high temperature. This condition does occur with Darlington configuration, since output switch cannot saturate. nonDarlington configuration used, following output drive condition recommended.
