SED1526 series single-chip driver dot-matrix liquid crystal displays (LCD's). accepts serial 8-bit parallel display data directly from microprocessor stores data on-chip display RAM. generate drive signal independent from microprocessor clock. SED1526 series features very power dissipation wide operating voltage range, easily realize powerful compact display unit having small battery. single chip SED1526 series drive panel. (Note: SED1526 series designed have resistance.)
