HE80068S 8-bit CMOS micro-controller. This chip Power Speech Controller. built-in 7-bit converter output module provide speech output interfaces. built-in 208K store around seconds speech data (6KHz sampling rate ADPCM). simply function this functions removed Slow Clock, Internal Power-On Reset, Timer2, Watch-dig Timer.
