PI74FCT162244MT non-inverting 16-bit buffer/line driver designed specifically applications driving heavy loads-ideally DRAM modules/arrays heavy load applications. This very high-speed, high-drive, noise buffer driver device meets JEDEC specification DRAM DIMM module buffer drivers. PI74FCT162244MT offers flow-through organization ease board layout. This part plug-in compatible with 74ABT16244/162244 excels applications where much higher speed lower power dissipation required. output drivers PI74FCT162244MT have features balanced drive controlled edge rate, resulting minimal undershoot/ringback ground bounce. This eliminates need external series termination resistors.
