DESCRIPTION
XIN, XOUT These pins form on-chip reference oscillator when connected terminals external parallel resonant crystal (nominally 14.318 MHz). also serve input externally generated reference signal. SEL(0:1) Standard frequency select inputs. They have internal pull-ups. CPUCLK(0:3) skew (<250 clock outputs host frequencies such CPU, Chipset, Cache. VDDq2 supply voltage these outputs. PCICLK(0:7) skew (<250pS) clock outputs frequencies. They synchronous CPUCLK's. REF(0:2) Buffered outputs reference 14.3 MHz. Power supply pins analog core circuitry. IOAPIC Buffered output 14.3 multiprocessor support. powered VDDq2. Frequency output USB. Frequency output super I/O. output frequency. VDDq4 Power supply pins 3.3V bus. VDDq3 Power supply pins 3.3V pins. VDDq2 Power supply pins 2.5V/3.3V pins. connection pins. PWR_DWN# Power down turn power whole chip down including VCOs crystal buffer. internal Pull-Up CPU_en Active signal stop clocks when low. high normal operation internal Pull-Up. PCI_en Active signal stop clocks, when low. high normal operation internal Pull-Up. System test mode. Increased clocks 4.75% system timing testing when low. Ground pins chip.
