low-skew, low-noise M200/210 series Phase-Locked Frequency Multipliers available output frequencies from 200MHz 1GHz accept either single-ended differential inputs. These high-performance, high-speed devices designed specifically today's most demanding applications, including network computing, ATE, base stations, datacomm telecomm transmission anyplace where environmentally remote stabilized reference available frequency source multiplication. Packaged small, 24-pin double-wide metal packages, M201/211 Series devices available with either PECL differential outputs operate from single supply (+5V PECL ECL). Standard models specified +70°C operation.
