DESCRIPTION:
Space Electronics' 903RP RAD-PAK®) high-speed, low-power voltage comparator featrures differential analog inputs logic outputs with active internal pull-ups. 903RP powered from separate analog digital power supplies from signle combined supple voltage. analog input common-mode range includes negative rail, allowing ground sensing when powered from single supply. When powered from +5V, 903RP consumes 18mW comparator. 903RP equipped with independent compatible latch inpts. comparator output states held when latch inputs driven low. Capable surviving space environments, 903RP ideal satellite, spacecraft, space probe missions. 903RP total dose survivability greater than 100krad(Si), based type orbit (actual tolerance depends upon orbit mission duration). Space Electronics' RAD-PAK® incorporates radiation shielding microcircuit package. eliminates shielding while providing lifetime orbit.
