DESCRIPTION
AIC1084 dropout three terminal regulator with output current capability. output voltage adjustable with resistor divider fixed 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V 3.3V. Dropout voltage guaranteed maximum 1.5V with maximum output current. dropout voltage fast transient response make ideal voltage microprocessor applications. Current limit thermal protection provide protection against overload condition that would create excessive junction temperatures.
