SN28846 serial driver monolithic CMOS integrated circuit designed drive serial register gate (SRGn) transfer gate (TRG) inputs Texas Instruments virtual-phase image sensors. SN28846 interfaces internal connection user-defined timing generator image sensor; receives signals from timing generator outputs level-shifted signals image sensor. SN28846 contains three noninverting serial-gate drivers noninverting transfer-gate driver. voltage levels outputs SRG1OUT, SRG2OUT, SRG3OUT, TRGOUT controlled levels supply inputs VCC. propagation delays these outputs controlled SEL0 SEL1 inputs. inputs SRG1IN, SRG2IN, SRG3IN, TRGIN compatible. high level input allows SN28846 operate normally with level-shifted outputs following inputs. When low, device low-power-consumption mode outputs VCC. SN28846 available surface-mount package characterized operation from -20°C 45°C.
