Supertex HV9901 BiCMOS/DMOS universal relay driver that employs switching techniques. designed efficient energy-saving operation voltage relay with supply voltages ranging from 450V through utilization relay coils' inductance. circuit capable operating over wide input voltage range without requiring change external components. example, this will enable users coil relays voltages 450V voltages 240V. HV9901 internal high-voltage regulator power internal circuitry. Additionally includes adjustable auxiliary regulator with capability that used drive power microcontrollers. pull-in current, pull-in time hold current programmable using only resistors capacitor. operating frequency either Synchronized external clock, Operate master clock frequency where relay with highest frequency serves master when sync pins multiple relays tied together enable logic input used turn relay on/off. Enable polarity determined logic state polarity input. Audible noise prevented using fixed switching frequencies above 20kHz. Features: Wide supply range Benefits: design worldwide use.
