Series 8-Channel Backplanes 5B08/5B08-MUX
5B08 5B08-MUX backplanes accept eight Series input/output modules, providing direct screw terminal interfacing sensors transducers, well 26-pin connector interface measurement control system (refer Figures functional block diagrams). Model 5B08 backplane signals independently available, while Model 5B08-MUX signals controlled on-board multiplexer providing input signals separate output signals. Series modules mixed matched changed without disturbing field wiring. Each channel cold junction temperature sensor (Model AC1361) accommodate thermocouple modules (5B37 5B47). Both backplanes require external regulated power supply. Reverse power supply protection provided well replaceable 4-ampere fuse power green indicator.
