74LCXH32245 Voltage 32-Bit Bidirectional Transceiver with Tolerant Inputs Outputs with Bushold
LCXH32245 contains thirty-two non-inverting bidirectional buffers with 3-STATE outputs intended oriented applications. device designed voltage (2.5V 3.3V) applications with capability interfacing signal environment. device byte controlled. Each byte separate control inputs which could shorted together full 32-bit operation. inputs determine direction data flow through device. inputs disable both ports placing them high impedance state. series resistor Port output helps reduce output overshoot undershoot. LCXH32245 data inputs include bushold, eliminating need external pull-up/down resistors hold unused inputs. LCXH32245 fabricated with advanced CMOS technology achieve high speed operation while maintaining CMOS power dissipation.
