Lumped Element Modeling Method
Measurements were made using impedance analyzer. Fixture compensation performed remove fixture effects. bias current applied measurements. lumped element values were determined optimizing simulation model average measurements. This method results model that represents closely possible typical frequency-dependent behavior component within model frequency range. equivalent lumped element model schematic shown below. Each model should analyzed only input output ports. Conclusions based individual lumped element values erroneous.
