Step Clean cable .625"(16mm) min. length. Trim cable jacket dielectric dimension shown. nick center conductor. Remove burrs from cable jacket. File blunt center conductor cone. Step Assemble cable into connector body. Make sure center conductor straight. care pushing center conductor into spring contact. Make sure jacket bottoms connector. Maintain pressure while soldering. Avoid excessive heat which distort dielectric.
