GENERAL DESCRIPTION
AAT1341 provides integrated two-channel pulse-width-modulation (PWM) solution power supply DC-DC system; this device offers system engineers flexibility tailor-make power supply circuitry specific applications. Each channel contains error amplifier, comparator, dead-time control (DTC), output driver. under-voltage protection, oscillator, short circuit protection voltage reference circuit common features channels. Both channels AAT1341 used DC-DC converter operations including step-up, step-down, inverting. Dead-time control provide 100% dead-time through resistive divider network. Soft-start implemented paralleling resistor with capacitor. dead-time control inputs assigned individually, dead-time control inputs used control operation. With minimal number external components, AAT1341 offers simple cost effective solution.
