Thermal shut-down circuitry protects internal circuitry from excessive power dissipation. 3584 provides gain-bandwidth product 20MHz (50MHz typical). External frequency compensation (series R/C) allows user optimize bandwidth slew rate particular application. Specified temperature range +70°C. 3584's hermetic 8-pin TO-3 package electrically isolated from internal circuitry.
