GENERAL DESCRIPTION monolithic high performance dual voltage comparator built with advanced silicon gate CMOS technology. features very high typical input impedance input bias current 10pA; fast response time 300ns; very power dissipation 55µA comparator; single dual power supply operation. input voltage range includes ground, making this comparator ideal level signal detection with high source impedance. outputs open-drain configuration, allowing maximum application flexibility, such wired-OR connection. outputs connected higher external voltage than ideal great variety voltage comparator applications, especially level signal detection circuits requiring standby power, retaining high output current capability needed.
