Functional Description
TLAD0110G Gbits/s current driver designed drive laser. When driving laser, each output buffer contributes drive current. actively-matched terminations also reduce reflections overshoot. TLAD0110G also supply laser pre-bias current. On-die sense resistors allow monitoring control both modulation depth pre-bias current. -2.5 band-gap reference required stable operation over temperature voltage supply variation. external op-amp also required output buffer common mode control.
