MiniSightt
MiniSight photoelectric sensors offer high performance sensing compact package. Available both universal voltage two-wire AC/DC versions, MiniSight available wide range sensing modes provide multiple application solutions single housing. These sensors interchangeable with many other standard 18mm threaded barrel photoelectric sensors. Suitable general purpose applications, these sensors also used where rugged performance required. MiniSight sensors will withstand 1200 (8270kPa) high pressure, 60_C (140_F) high temperature washdowns, making them ideal food beverage packaging material handling applications. Three indicators display power, output, operating margin status. Note: power indicator shuts when output indicator turns margin indicator verifies minimum 2.5X operating margin flashes output shorted. clutch-protected five turn sensitivity control allows sensitivity adjustment. located under clear, captive cover that does require tools access. MiniSight sensors available three versions: 10.8-30V standard versions feature response times (16ms transmitted beam), dual NPN/PNP outputs switch selectable light dark operation. high speed applications, 300µs response time versions also available 10.8-30V operation. Universal voltage wire 21.6-250V AC/DC sensors have short-circuit protection across entire voltage range.

MiniSightt Infrared Glass Fiber Optic
Infrared sensors with glass cables provide greatest sensing distances most stable when sensing wide variety colors. Plastic fiber optic cables well suited with infrared sensors. MiniSight glass fiber optic sensor will withstand repeated 8270kPa (1200psi) washdowns when used with Allen-Bradley glass fiber optic cable. However, best results, sheathed glass fiber optic cables recommended applications where washdown will occur. Stainless steel sheathed cables recommended because gaps stainless steel sheathing allow water other fluids penetrate cable, possibly degrading performance.
