42FT compact, rail mount fiber optic photoelectric sensor with sophisticated part detection, diagnostic, self-teach capabilities. Five indicators provide diagnostic alignment information. dynamic diagnostic output signals when margin levels below predetermined threshold seven successive detections. self-teach capability allows Bulletin 42FT determine optimum sensitivity hysteresis setting specific application. remote lockout feature used help prevent unauthorized changes these adjustments. switch selectable 50ms off-delay ("pulse stretcher") useful high speed applications where output pulse must lengthened allow time machine logic respond. 42FT sensors designed rail mounting. installation convenience, stainless steel mounting bracket supplied separate mounting. 42FT sensors designed with 2.2mm diameter plastic fiber optic cables. adaptor supplied with sensor 1.25mm diameter plastic fiber optic cables. Fiber optic cables held place rotating collar. tools required attach remove fiber optic cables. Special glass fiber optic cables also available. Over compatible standard plastic glass fiber optic cables available, please refer page 1-245.
