These sensors offer fast 500µs response time generous sensing range that comparable other larger fiber optic sensors. 42FA sensors available with single output that switch selectable Light Dark output operation. Each sensor also single-turn sensitivity adjustment. Turning this adjustment clockwise will increase sensitivity, which increases sensing range. 42FA sensors have output indicator green stability indicator. stability indicator when detected margin level below 0.8X above 1.2X, indicating stable sensing operation. This indicator will turn when application margin between these levels. 42FA sensors supplied with rail mounting bracket. installation convenience, this bracket also mounted separately without need rail. 42FA sensors designed with 2.2mm diameter plastic fiber optic cables. Adaptors supplied with sensor 1.25mm diameter plastic fiber optic cables. Fiber optic cables held place with small screw that preattached sensor. Special glass fiber optic cables also available.
