General Description
encoders series CMOS LSIs remote control system applications. They capable encoding bits information which consists address bits 12-N data bits. Each address/data input externally trinary programmable bonded out. They otherwise floating internally. Various packages encoders offer flexible combinations programmable address/data which meet various applications. programmable address/data transmitted together with header bits infrared transmission medium upon receipt trigger signal. (HT6010) DATA (HT6012/HT6014) trigger selected application flexibility.

Functional Description
Operation series encoders begin with four (HT6010) (HT6012/HT6014) word transmission cycle upon receipt transmission enable HT6010 D8~D11 HT6012/HT6014, active low). This cycle will repeat itself long transmission enable D8~D11) held low. Once transmission enable returns high encoder output completes final cycle then stops shown below.

Address/Data Waveform Each programmable address/data externally following three logic states:
Address/data waveform state data input interpreted logic high decoder since output only states. Address/Data Programming (Preset) status each address/data individually preset logic transmission enable signal applied, encoder scans transmits status bits address/data serially order AD11 HT6010 HT6012/HT6014. trigger signal applied, chip only consumes standby current which less than (for VDD=5V). address pins usually preset transmit data codes with their particular security codes switches wiring, while data selected using push button electronic switches.
