Product Description
Honeywell HRF-SW1020 high performance single pole four throw (SP4T) absorptive switch that ideal wireless basestation handset applications that require minimum power minimum insertion loss. HRF-SW1020 manufactured with Honeywell's patented Silicon Insulator (SOI) CMOS technology, which provides performance GaAs with economy integration capabilities conventional CMOS technology.
