Amp'ed modules support UART, USB, SPI, GPIO hardware interfaces. Note that usage these interfaces dependant upon firmware that loaded into module, beyond scope this document. Notes unused pins should left floating; ground. pins must well grounded. area around module should free ground planes, power planes, trace routings, metal from antenna directions. Traces should routed underneath module. Module Reflow Installation BT-21 surface mount Bluetooth module supplied pin, 6-layer PCB. final assembly recommended reflow profiles are: Pb-free applications, Sn63Pb37 solder recommended. Maximum peak temperature 208° 210°C (below 220°C). Maximum rise fall slope after liquidous 2°C/second. Maximum rise fall slope after liquidous 2°C/second. Maximum time liquidous seconds. RoHS/Pb-free applications, Sn96.5/Ag3.0/Cu0.5 solder recommended. Maximum peak temperature 230° 240°C (below 250°C). Maximum rise fall slope after liquidous 2°C/second. Maximum rise fall slope after liquidous 3°C/second. Maximum time liquidous seconds.
