G32A-A Triac Output Cartridge
G32A-A Triac Output Cartridge replaceable part G3PA. When temperature indicator changes from pink red, triac circuitry have malfunctioned excessive flow current damaged cartridge replaced with without disconnecting wires from G3PA. Before replacing cartridge, improve heat radiation efficiency G3PA using increasing ventilation. G32A-A Triac Output Cartridge withstand excessive current short period time, such might caused short circuit load. that case, temperature indicator will turn red.

G32A-A10/G32A-A20 Cartridge Removal Replacement
remove G32A-A10/G32A-A20 Cartridge replacement with one, special extraction tool provided. Extraction Follow these steps remove G32A-A10/G32A-A20 Cartridge from G3PA. Switch power. Remove terminal cover. Hook indented part Cartridge with extraction tool pull tool until Cartridge loosened. Remove Cartridge.

Installation Follow these steps install G32A-A Triac Output Cartridge: Apply silicone grease (provided with G32A). Make sure that there dust particles pieces wire heat sinks G32A-A G3PA. Insert Cartridge into opening G3PA letters Cartridge those G3PA same direction sides even. Attach terminal cover. Switch power check G3PA sure works correctly.

Installation Follow these steps install G32A-A40 cartridge. Apply silicone grease Tighten screws both corners with tightening torque kgf/cm (5.2 in-lbs). Tighten screws both sides with tightening torque kgf/cm (5.2 in-lbs). Attach terminal cover. Switch power check G3PA sure works correctly.
