CS8950 operates master. CS8950 architecture minimizes utilization host overhead frame. ownership transfer both transmit receive data status information, minimizing number ownerships required. Descriptor status queues stored inside CS8950. This eliminates requirement device driver read/write CS8950 control/status registers once every data transfer.
