CrossLine Mag. Generates a crossline which can be used as a rotating optical rule. The vial simplifies the adjusting of the crossline, rotatable through 360°. Linear Lens Mag. Generates a straight line from the laser beam which can be used as an optical rule, rotatable through 360°. Order No.: 025.72A 90° Pentaprism Mag. For vertical levelling and for right angles. Deflects the laser beam by exactly 90°, rotatable through 360°. Order No.: 025.70A 90° Beam Splitter Mag. For vertical levelling and for right angles. Generates two beams at an angle of 90°. One is rotatable through 360°, the other provides a fixed reference beam.

How a pentaprism works:
90° Pentaprism Mag. A Pentaprism consists of a glass body ground and polished to high precision. The incoming laser beam is deflected by an angle of exactly 90°. This is done by two mirrored glass surfaces within the five-sided prism. 90° Beam Splitter Mag. One of the two mirrored surfaces is only semi-reflecting so that part of the beam is deflected by 90° while the other part continues in a straight line. The following applies to both prisms: No matter how they are held, the angle is always 90°.
