IMPORTANT PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR ASSEMBLY
Before using connector, important that these instructions carefully read understood ensure connector system completely water tight performs specification. Cable Glands ensure correct cable sealing, cable glands supplied accurately cable diameters from 8.0mm. important choose closest gland size cable being used. Cable diameter Gland Colour Blue Green standard shielded RJ45, supplied, suitable cables 6.0mm diameter, larger cables require different assembly techniques.

ASSEMBLY/WIRING INSTRUCTIONS
Thread gland nut, gland cage, gland connector body cable. Crop latching clip RJ45 ensuring this completely removed.
25.4mm (1.00")
Remove cable jacket carefully taking care damage braid foil. Fold back braid foil over cable jacket. Push RJ45 into carrier moulding until latches.
Un-twist conductors feed through appropriate hole load bar, according wiring standard required. Push loading fully home cable. Trim conductors flush front loading bar.
Wiring Configuration 568-A White/Green Green White/Orange Blue White/Blue Orange White/Brown Brown Position 568-B White/Orange Orange White/Green Blue White/Blue Green White/Brown Brown
Pull connector body locate carrier. carrier sits into shape aperture connector body, ensure seated correctly. Locate locking ring tighten ring retain insert, using assembly tool provided.
Push load cable fully home into RJ45, ensuring braid foil contact with metal shell. Crimp RJ45 with appropriate crimp tool set. Trim back braid foil flush with rear RJ45 body.
Slide gland, gland cage gland body moulding then tighten torque 1.5-2.0lb/ins, 13-18Nm. PX0854/A version fully tighten until travel. Note: Over tightening gland constrict cable could cause signal distortion.
