P2220 Passive Voltage Probe P2220 200-MHz Passive Voltage Probe permits selection attenuation, using switch located probe head. This probe compatible with TDS200, TDS1000, TDS2000, TPS2000 Series oscilloscopes. P2220 probe also provides floating measurement capability VRMS with TPS2000 Series oscilloscopes only. (Note: float with TDS2000, TDS1000 TDS200 Series oscilloscopes.)
