Description
FAN7316 backlight inverter drive that controls half-bridge topology. FAN7316 also drive push-pull topology. FAN7316 provides low-cost solution integrating external open-lamp protection circuit. operating voltage FAN7316 wide, FAN7316 doesn't need external regulator supply voltage FAN7316 internal bootstrap driver, external fast recovery diode avoided. FAN7316 provides various protections, such open-lamp regulation, protection, open-lamp protection, short-circuit protection, CMP-high protection increase system reliability. FAN7316 provides analog dimming, burst dimming, burst dimming polarity selection functions. FAN7316 available 20-SOIC package.
