Description
6N137, HCPL2601, HCPL2611 single-channel HCPL2630, HCPL2631 dual-channel optocouplers consist AlGaAS LED, optically coupled very high speed integrated photo-detector logic gate with strobable output. This output features open collector, thereby permitting wired outputs. coupled parameters guaranteed over temperature range -40°C +85°C. maximum input signal will provide minimum output sink current 13mA (fan internal noise shield provides superior common mode rejection typically 10kV/µs. HCPL2601 HCPL2631 minimum 5kV/µs. HCPL2611 minimum 10kV/µs.
