Data Sheet DUAL 300mA REGULATORS General Description
AP2402 series dual positive voltage regulator fabricated CMOS process. Each these consists voltage reference, error amplifiers, resistor networks setting output voltages. Each channel current limit circuit current protection chip enable circuit with quick discharge function. AP2402 series feature high supply voltage ripple rejection, dropout voltage, noise, high output voltage accuracy, current consumption which make them ideal various battery-powered devices. chip-enable function allows output each channel turned on/off independently, greatly reducing power consumption. AP2402 series have 2.5V/1.8V, 2.8V/1.8V 2.8V/2.8V versions. AP2402 available SOT-23-6, TSOT-23-6 packages.
