Description
Number Name OUT2 OUT2B Function Second channel P-type driver output. Open-drain output, must connected with pull-up resistor drive external power devices operation Second channel N-type driver output. Push-pull output drive external power devices Power supply Current limiter indicator. Fixed 0.2V internally. Maximum allowable current decided external sample resistance. When voltage this exceeds 0.2V, output will shut down current limit. this function used, connect this ground directly Minimum speed setting terminal. Connect VREF when disused. case tied other power supply controlling, isolated resistor necessary Speed control terminal. full speed mode when connected ground. speed controlled mode, frequency control signal 20kHz 100kHz. Moreover, pass network necessary transfer level basic oscillation frequency generator when connected with capacitor 220pF. 30kHz frequency available. "FG" means output signal which used detecting rotation speed. "RD" means output signal, used detecting rotate-stop state. "FG" "RD" selected according requirement. This need connected with pull-up resistor when used. pulse will generated once input signal changed. Keep this open when used Hall sensor negative input. prevent noise, this recommended placed close possible Hall circuit. necessary, capacitor added between HIN+ HIN- reduce influence caused noise Hall sensor positive input. avoid noise, this recommended placed close possible Hall circuit Lock protection auto start frequency generator. connected with external 0.47µF capacitor which decides lock-rotate time start time. lock-rotate protection function disused, please connect this Linear start terminal. This connected VREF externally capacitor 0.47µF which enables start steadily. Start time dependent capacitance. linear start function used, connect this ground voltage reference Ground circuit control First channel N-type driver output. Push-pull output drive external power devices First channel P-type driver output. Open-drain output, must connected with pull-up resistor drive external power devices operation

Note Minimum Speed Setting Mode (Stop Mode) When rotate speed, lowest speed settable VMIN voltage. not, motor stops. Speed High Speed Setting Mode control system works comparing voltage VPWM COSC (1.0V 3.0V). When VPWM voltage low, transistors upper lower side outputs contrary, when VPWM voltage high, upper side transistors OFF. coil current re-circulates lower side transistor. Therefore, VPWM
voltage becomes lower, output duty becomes large. Sequentially, coil current increases motor runs high speed which monitored output while rotation-stop state monitored output. Full Speed Rotation Mode When VPWM voltage drops 1.0V lower, motor will full speed. speed controlled, VPWM=GND)
