AH477 integrated Hall sensor with output driver designed electronic commutation brushless motor applications. device includes on-chip Hall sensor magnetic sensing, amplifier that amplifies Hall voltage, comparator provide switching hysteresis noise rejection, bi-directional drivers sinking driving large current load. also includes internal bandgap regulator provide temperature compensated bias internal circuits allows wide operating supply voltage range. Placing device variable magnetic field, magnetic flux density larger than threshold BOP, turned sink turned drive. This output state held until magnetic flux density reverses falls below BRP, then causes turned driveand turned sink.
