AH287 integrated Hall sensor with output drivers brushless motor application. This consists complementary outputs motor's coil driving automatic lock protection auto- restart function relatively. avoid coil burning, rotor lock shutdown protection circuit shut down output driver rotor blocked then automatic recovery circuit will restart motor. This function repeats while rotor blocked. Until blocking removed, motor recovers running normally. addition, auto-restart time flexible adjusting capacitance (CCT). Placing device variable magnetic field, magnetic flux density larger than threshold BOP, turned sink turned drive. This output state held until magnetic flux density reversal falls below BRP, causing turned drive turned sink. This available TO-94 package.
