Avago Technologies' ALM-32120 high linearity Watt with good OIP3 performance exceptionally good gain compression point, achieved through Avago Technologies' proprietary 0.25um GaAs Enhancement-mode pHEMT process. matching components fully integrated within module input output pins already internally AC-coupled. This makes ALM-32120 extremely easy only external parts supply bypass capacitors. adjustable temperature-compensated internal bias circuit allows device operated either class class operation. ALM-32120 housed inside miniature 10.0 20-lead multiple-chips-onboard (MCOB) module package.
