Description
LM137 series adjustable 3-terminal negative voltage regulators capable supplying excess -1.5 over -1.2 output voltage range. They exceptionally easy require only external resistors output voltage. Further, both line load regulation better than standard fixed regulators. Also, LM137 regulators supplied standard transistor packages which easily mounted handled. addition higher performance than fixed regulators, LM137 series offer full overload protection available only integrated circuits.
Included chip current limit, thermal overload protection safe area protection. overload protection circuitry remains fully functional even adjustment terminal disconnected.
