Product Description
TriQuint TGA2803-SM ultralinear, packaged TIA/Gain Block which operates from 40MHz 1000MHz. TGA2803-SM typically provides flat gain along with ultra-low distortion. also provides high output power with power consumption. This amplifier ideally suited CATV distribution systems other applications requiring extremely noise distortion. Demonstration Boards available. Lead-free RoHS compliant.

Recommended Surface Mount Package Assembly
Proper precautions must followed while handling packages. Clean board with acetone. Rinse with alcohol. Allow circuit fully dry. TriQuint recommends using conductive solder paste attachment. Follow solder paste reflow oven vendors' recommendations when developing solder reflow profile. Typical solder reflow profiles listed table below. Hand soldering recommended. Solder paste applied using stencil printer placement. volume solder paste depends component layout should well controlled ensure consistent mechanical electrical performance. Clean assembly with alcohol.
