Ultra capacitance single rail-to-rail ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection device small SOT23 (TO-236AB) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package designed protect Hi-Speed data line high-frequency signal line from damage caused other transients. PRTR5V0U1T integrates ultra capacitance rail-to-rail protection channel additional protection diode. additional protection diode connected between ground prevents charging supply. achieve maximum protection level, additional external capacitors required.
