IMAT5011 isolated power MOSFET module with switches connected half bridge configuration, with associated drivers, protections isolation circuits. Each switch connected with series antiparallel fast recovery "soft" FREDs order inhibit MOSFETs body diodes therefore allow high switching frequency operations 100KHz. reliability these modules further enhanced integrating above functions close possible power semiconductors thanks standard package. screw terminals 0.6mm square pins 2.54mm raster allow direct mounting control board without need wire links.
