GENERAL DESCRIPTION
AMS9491 two-terminal micropower band-gap voltage reference diode. feature very dynamic impedance good temperature coefficient, operating over 10µA 20mA current range. On-chip trimming used provide tight voltage tolerance. Since AMS9491 band-gap reference, uses only transistors resistors, noise good longterm stability result. Careful design AMS9491 made device exceptionally tolerant capacitive loading, making easy almost reference application. wide dynamic operating range allows with widely varying supplies with excellent regulation. extremely power drain AMS9491 makes this reference diode useful micropower circuitry. AMS9491 used make portable meters, regulators general purpose analog circuitry with battery life approaching shelf life. Further more, wide operating current allows replace older references with tight tolerance part. AMS9491 operating over 70°C temperature range available TO-92 SO-8 packages.
