GENERAL DESCRIPTION
AMS4041 two-terminal micropower band-gap voltage reference diode featuring very dynamic impedance good temperature coefficient, operating over 60µA 100mA current range. On-chip trimming used provide tight voltage tolerance. Since AMS4041 band-gap reference uses only transistors resistors, noise good long term stability result. wide dynamic operating range allows with widely varying supplies with excellent regulation. extremely power drain AMS4041 makes these reference diodes useful micropower circuitry. These voltage references used make portable meters, regulators general purpose analog circuitry with battery life approaching shelf life. AMS4041 operational full industrial temperature range -40°C 85°and available small space saving TO-92, SO-8, SOT-89 SOT-23 packages.
